Refund and Return Policy

Once receive the order(s) customer is encouraged to inspect the contents of their package(s). The exchanges can be made within 7 working days, from the date of the order(s) received. STRICTLY NO REFUND.

Please ensure the followings terms & conditions are fulfilled:

• Receive of Defect/damaged item(s)
• Receive of wrong item(s)/ size
• Item(s) unused with original tags attached (if any) & wrap it in original plastic.
• All exchanges/ returns requires a valid Invoice receipt.
• All exchanges are subject to our stock availability & we need approximately 3-5 days to process the request.
• All products are eligible for only a one-time exchange and return.
• Exchange and return are not eligible for promotional items.
• Customer will bear the delivery charges for order(s) exchanged based on the weight of the new item(s) and the location. STRICTLY NO REFUND.
